Us and what we do

Chilli Mash is essentially a chilli puree. It’s been barrel fermented in cider vinegar and salt.

It’s used as a base to create your own sauces, professionally in spicy food as an ingredient or as an extreme condiment.

We only use high quality, natural ingredients. No additives, e-numbers or synthetic acids here!
Our stainless clad, purpose built kitchen has been created to the highest standard. Our output capacity of any product is over 650 kg per day. As well as our own chilli purees, why not enquire about using our facilities to make your products too?

We hold stock of over 3000 kg of chilli mash in barrels 365 days per year.

The prices shown in our shop are for retail customers and small producers only. We also have a separate tariff, often set based on individual requirements for those wanting larger quantities. Click here to enquire
All of our products are available on white label. We also provide bespoke product manufacture. This service includes recipe upscaling and recipe creation based on own ideas.
The Chilli Mash Company is a Portsmouth based Chilli Company – we’re on the edge of town in a brand new industrial estate, built in 2016 by Portsmouth City Council. We’re on Limberline Spur, next to ‘The Assets Recycled Company’. We welcome passing trade and wholesale customers alike.
