Our Reaper Hot Sauce was launched in late 2019 after an overwhelming demand from our esteemed clientele. It packs heaps of heat and flavour. A sublime tropical flavour comes from a combination of passion fruit, pineapple and mango. Perfectly rounded off with Hampshire's finest cider vinegar.
Our Smokey Ghost - is the 'serious' BBQ sauce you've all been looking for. It's flavoursome, smokey and searingly hot with a subtle sweetness.
Completing the trio, our Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce - a delicious sweet chilli sauce with a mild yet distinct Scotch Bonnet providing heat and flavour.
This product was made in Portsmouth, UK by Chilli Mash Company Ltd. Serving hot sauce since 2016, Chilli Mash Company was formed by the merging of two existing chilli sauce companies. In collaboration, it brings over 10 years experience in the craft chilli industry and over 20 in the food industry as a whole.

I am really enjoying the chilli sauce, am almost through the "mild" sweet bottle ans loving the medium smokey one. I have not yet tried the really hot one, working up to it. Great taste as well as heat I will defo be ordering some more. Thanks.

A perfect introduction to The Chilli Mash Co's products. The Sweet Bonnet is a revelation of what a sweet chilli sauce can be, sweet with a healthy kick of Scotch Bonnet. The Smokin' Ghost is effectively a barbecue sauce but shot through with Ghost chilli loveliness. The Reaper sauce is everything it should be, scalding hot and full of flavour. I've found it to be especially good with cheese on toast.
