Scotch Bonnet Chilli Puree is a delicious, very hot chilli puree. It can be used for various cooking applications or, in moderation, as a condiment. This puree is made using the finest quality Rwandan Scotch Bonnet Chilies.

The Scotch Bonnet Chilli has a heat rating of 200-350,000 Scovilles (SHU), which is over 50 times hotter than your average Jalapeno Chilli! This chilli puree has a 70% chilli content. It can be used sparingly instead of fresh or dried chillies for various cooking applications. Add it to spice up a marinade, curry, or stir fry. A little goes a long way!
