Our high quality chillies are sourced from reputable and ethical suppliers, with full traceability. The chillies are grown in Senegal, the UK and Spain and imported to Hampshire specifically for us. We have never seen or received fresher, better looking chillies. The salt we use is a pure unadulterated sea salt from the Atlantic ocean sourced from a UK supplier. There’s no iodine or anti caking agents involved. The vinegar is from an established UK producer. It’s a top quality cider vinegar with no sulphites or additives. It’s fruity and flavourful. no harsh acids here. We barrel ferment our chillies in our custom built kitchen (5* food standards agency certified) in Hampshire, UK.
