The Yellow Habanero Chilli has a heat rating of 200-350,000 Scovilles (SHU). This chilli puree has 75% chilli content. One can use it sparingly in place of fresh or dried chillies for various cooking applications. Try adding it to spice up a marinade, curry or stir fry. A little goes a long way!
