Our fresh Red Birds Eye Chilli comes from Senegal. It is perfect for Thai and oriental cuisines, as it is packed with heaps of flavour and a punch of heat. This feisty chilli pepper is grown in the sub-Saharan African climate and tests at 100,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), making it relatively mild on the heat scale. It is typically found thinly sliced in Thai curries and Chinese dishes, and works as an excellent garnish for salads. Additionally, it is great for cocktails.
These fresh chillies are also ideal for adding heat to chilli sauces and are often used in sweet chilli sauce.

Fresh chili, fast delivery
I ordered a number of kilos of fresh chillis from Chilli Mash Co Ltd with the aim of drying some for future use and using some fresh. The chillis were well priced and I was delighted with the quality of the chillis received. The ones kept fresh have kept fresh for weeks and the ones dried have dried beautifully.
